(ITBINews) Institut Teknologi dan Bisnis (ITB) Indragiri sebagai institusi pendidikan tinggi terus melakukan perbaikan dan peningkatan mutu dan kualitas lulusan salah satu nya melalui rencana peningkatan akreditasi Program Studi (Prodi) S1 Agribisnis.
Dalam perkembangannya, Prodi S1 Agribisnis ITB Indragiri sudah bejalan dalam tiga tahun akademik, sehingga perlu melakukan akreditasi.
Pelaksanaan Assessment Lapangan (AL) akreditasi Prodi S1 Agribisnis dari Tim Asesor Pusat direncanakan pada tanggal 2-4 September 2024. Untuk persiapan menghadapi AL tersebut, dalam hal ini Rektorat bersama Pusat Penjaminan Mutu (P2M) melakukan simulasi persiapan akreditasi Prodi S1 Agribisnis tersebut.
Kegiatan simulasi ini melibatkan tim akreditasi yang terdiri dari Unit Pelaksana Teknis (UPT) di linkungan ITB Indragiri untuk membantu Prodi S1 Agribisnis dalam mempersiapkan AL kegiatan akreditasi dari Tim asesor tersebut.
Akreditasi Institusi dan Prodi menjadi elemen penting bagi keberlangsungan pendidikan tinggi di ITB Indragiri, untuk menyediakan jaminan mutu dan kualitas pendidikan tinggi bagi sivitas akademika dan pengguna lulusan (stake holder) ke depannya.
